Our returns policy
Any product (except products delivered by automatic download or email link, such as graphic images or eBooks) purchased from Oxygenee
Ltd may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
This is subject to the following conditions:
i. You must notify us within 7 days by email of your intent to return the product. We will provide a return authorisation number.
ii. The item or items must be returned in the same condition as that in which they were received.
iii. The item or items must be returned in their original shipping carton, or an equivalent one.
iv. The item or items must be sent by courier, or other trackable delivery method.
v. We will refund the full original purchase price, but not the original cost of shipping.
vi. The costs of return shipment are for the purchaser's account, and will not be refunded.
